Is delivery free?
In most cases, made-to-order tables include free standard delivery within Australia. In-stock items incur standard delivery charges calculated at checkout or quoted separately where applicable.
Additional charges may apply for some regional, remote or difficult-access locations.
How is delivery handled for in-stock items?
In-stock items incur standard delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Delivery timeframes for in-stock items are generally shorter than made-to-order pieces and vary depending on location and freight availability.
What does standard delivery include?
Standard delivery includes Threshold Delivery only — delivery to the ground floor entrance of your property in the item’s original packaging.
Does delivery include assembly or unpacking?
No. Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, packaging removal or placement inside the home.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
We deliver Australia-wide where service is available through our freight partners. Some remote or restricted-access locations may not be serviceable.
What if my property has stairs or difficult access?
Please let us know before ordering. Additional delivery charges may apply for stairs, narrow pathways, lifts, difficult access or specialised handling requirements.
When will my order arrive?
Lead times vary depending on whether your table is in stock or made to order. Estimated production lead times are shown on each product page. Once your table arrives in Australia, local delivery typically takes 5–14 business days depending on location.
Can I request express delivery?
Yes. If you require faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order. Where possible, we can arrange priority production or expedited freight services for an additional fee. Availability depends on the table, production stage and delivery location.
How is delivery confirmed?
After your order is placed for made to order table, we confirm delivery availability and freight requirements with our delivery partners based on your address.
What should I do before delivery?
Please ensure:
- access points can accommodate the table dimensions,
- the property is accessible for delivery,
- and someone is available to receive and inspect the item.
What happens if there is damage during delivery?
All items must be inspected upon delivery. If there is visible damage, please note it with the driver, take photographs and contact us within 24 hours.
