Warranty
At Casa Vietri, each table is handcrafted from solid Mount Etna lava stone and finished using traditional kiln-fired ceramic techniques. These materials are chosen for their durability and ability to perform in demanding environments, including the harsh Australian sun.
To support the quality of our craftsmanship, Casa Vietri provides the following warranty.
5-Year Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects
Casa Vietri warrants that its lava stone tables are free from manufacturing defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to:

structural defects in the lava stone tabletop
-
defects in the kiln-fired glaze caused by the manufacturing process
-
structural defects in the metal base or welds
If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Casa Vietri will, at its discretion:

repair the product,
-
replace the affected component, or
-
provide an appropriate remedy consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage caused by factors outside normal residential use, including:

impact damage or edge chipping
-
accidental damage or misuse
-
improper handling, installation, or relocation
-
use of harsh chemicals or unsuitable cleaning products
-
normal wear and minor surface marks from everyday use
-
natural variations in colour, texture, or pattern inherent to volcanic stone
Each table is handcrafted and hand-painted in Italy. Variations in colour, glazing, brushwork, texture, pattern placement and other artisanal characteristics are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Reporting a Warranty Issue
If you believe your table has a manufacturing defect, please contact Casa Vietri with:

This allows us to assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
