Ordering

Casa Vietri tables are handcrafted pieces produced in Italy and made specifically for each customer. The ordering process is straightforward, and we guide you through every step.

1. Choose Your Table

Browse our collection and select the design that best suits your space.

On each product page you can choose:

  • Tabletop design

  • Table shape and size

  • Any optional customisations

Add the table to your cart once you have selected your preferred configuration.

2. Proceed to Checkout

When you are ready, proceed to checkout.

At checkout you will:

  • Enter your delivery details

  • Choose your preferred payment method

  • Review shipping information

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

If you have any special requests or questions before placing your order, you are welcome to contact us and we will assist.

3. Order Confirmation & Production

After your order is confirmed, production begins with our artisans in the Vietri region of Italy.

If you included a customisation request, our team will review the details and contact you to discuss and confirm the specifications. Once everything is finalised and approved, we will begin production.

Each tabletop is:

  • Cut from solid Mount Etna lava stone

  • Hand-painted by artisans

  • Kiln-fired at high temperature to permanently fuse the glaze into the stone surface

Because every table is handcrafted, production and delivery typically takes approximately 10–12 weeks.

During this time we will keep you informed about your order. We will also notify you as soon as your table arrives in Australia, is inspected by our local team, and is ready for dispatch.

In-Stock Tables

Occasionally Casa Vietri may offer a small number of tables in stock in Australia.

These pieces are available for customers who prefer not to wait for the production period — for example when purchasing a gift or when a table is needed quickly.

If a table is listed as In Stock, it is ready for dispatch and delivery will be significantly faster.
