What is included in the gift certificate?
When selecting a table shape and size, the corresponding value is displayed to help you choose the gift certificate amount. The selected shape and size do not need to be purchased by the recipient.
The gift certificate represents a dollar value and may be redeemed towards any Casa Vietri lava stone table. The couple is free to choose their preferred shape, size, design, colours and finish when redeeming the certificate.
How will I receive the gift certificate?
A digital gift certificate will be sent to the purchaser's or recipient's email shortly after purchase.
A printed Wedding Gift Certificate will be posted to the address provided by the purchaser within 5 business days. You will be notified once the certificate has been posted.
Can changes be made to the printed certificate?
Yes. If you need to make changes to the recipient details, date or other information, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the certificate is printed and posted.
Can I purchase a gift certificate for a custom amount?
Yes. If you would like a gift certificate for a specific value that is not shown on our website, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Does the couple need to pay anything when redeeming the certificate?
As long as the value of the gift certificate is sufficient to cover the selected table, no additional payment is required.
If the chosen table exceeds the value of the certificate, the couple can simply pay the difference at the time of ordering.
Can I purchase a gift certificate for occasions other than weddings?
Absolutely. We offer gift certificates suitable for birthdays, anniversaries, housewarmings, retirements and other special occasions.

When does the gift certificate expire?
Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
As table prices may change over time, the value of the gift certificate remains fixed at the amount originally purchased. If the selected table exceeds the value of the certificate at the time of redemption, the recipient may pay the difference.
Can a gift certificate be refunded?
Gift certificates may be refunded to the original purchaser at any time before they are redeemed or expire.
If a printed certificate has already been personalised and posted, any refund will be less reasonable administration, printing and postage costs.
Once a gift certificate has been redeemed or has expired, it cannot be refunded.
