Massa Lubrense

This design centres on a delicate floral composition that flows organically across the surface — layered blossoms in muted pinks, yellows and soft blues, intertwined with fine foliage and subtle detailing. The surrounding border features pale aqua scrollwork and hand-drawn flourishes that frame the composition without overpowering it.
Unlike the bolder, high-contrast Sicilian motifs, Massa Lubrense is restrained and elegant. It feels lighter, almost sun-washed — as if the colours have been gently softened by sea air and Mediterranean light.
The generous open field around the central bouquet gives the artwork room to breathe, allowing the design to sit comfortably in both traditional and contemporary outdoor settings.
Hand-painted on solid Mount Etna lava stone and kiln-fired at high temperature, the glaze permanently fuses to the volcanic surface. The result: exceptional UV stability, high heat resistance and a table engineered to withstand harsh Australian conditions without fading or deterioration.
